Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (Cal. Civ. Code §§ 1798.120, 1798.135), and other applicable state privacy laws, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information.
Romulus Does Not Sell Your Personal Information
Romulus, Inc. does not sell your personal information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not exchange your personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do share personal information with our service providers and sub-processors solely to provide, operate, and improve the Sevrel platform. These service providers are contractually bound to use your personal information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. A current list of our sub-processors is available at sevrel.com/subprocessors.
We collect, analyze, and store data arising from your use of the Services for our own internal business purposes, including product improvement, analytics, AI model development, and benchmarking. This use of data does not constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under applicable law because it is performed for our own business purposes and not disclosed to third parties for their independent use.
Submitting an Opt-Out Request
Even though we do not sell or share your personal information, we respect your right to submit an opt-out request. If you wish to opt out of any future sale or sharing of your personal information (in the event our practices change), you may do so by any of the following methods.

Email: Send a request to privacy@sevrel.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Include your full name, the email address associated with your Sevrel account, and any other information that will help us locate your records.
Phone: Call us at (561) 609-8966 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time).
Physical Mail: Print and sign the opt-out form below (you can download it as a PDF or Word document), then mail it to:

Include your full name, the email address associated with your Sevrel account, your company name (if applicable), and your signature. We recommend sending via certified mail or a trackable shipping method so you have proof of delivery.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor opt-out preference signals transmitted by your browser or device, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. No further action is required on your part. You can enable GPC in supported browsers and extensions at globalprivacycontrol.org.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
We will process your request within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging your request. We do not require you to create an account to submit an opt-out request, and we will not ask you to verify your identity beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right, including by denying you services, charging you different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization (such as a signed written permission or power of attorney), and we may contact you directly to confirm your identity and that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf.

Right to Know and Access: request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected. Right to Delete: request deletion of your personal information. Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: direct us to limit the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform the Services.
